As you may know, the HOA has ownership of a tract of land as evidenced by a deed filed with the Lebanon County Court. Recently, someone has filed a claim to this same tract of land with the same court.

As you would expect, the HOA will vigorously defend against this claim and will pursue enforcement of its rights of ownership with the court.

The HOA wishes to continue to be able to preserve this tract of land solely as an emergency ingress and egress point, alternative to Route 72, therefore allowing Spring Hill Acres to remain the peaceful residential community that it has always been.
