While membership in the HOA remains entirely voluntary, we encourage everyone to attend.

- 2026 Dues & Voting: 2026 dues have been set by the SHAHA Board at $100 and are voluntary, but seriously needed to protect your interests as a Spring Hill Acres homeowner
- Pay Online: Skip the line at check-in! You can pay your 2026 dues in advance via our secure Credit Card Payment Portal link.
- By-Laws & Deed Restrictions: We will discuss proposed updates to our governing documents and clarify existing deed restrictions

- Community Support: Information on how to provide additional donations to assist with our legal efforts
- Open Floor: Time will be reserved for members to bring up other topics of interest.
