We want to share a brief update with the neighborhood regarding the ongoing legal matters concerning the emergency exit access.

The lawsuit regarding the emergency exit (Lowell D. Hartzell vs. Spring Hill Acres Homeowners’ Association) has been formally dropped by the plaintiff.

While this specific lawsuit has ended, a quiet title action remains active for that parcel of land. The Board is actively working with legal counsel to evaluate all available options for addressing the quiet title and protecting the best interests of our community.
